At St. Peter’s Church of England Primary School, Religious Education is rooted in our Christian values of hope, trust, love, respect, forgiveness, and faith. Through learning about a range of religions and worldviews, pupils are encouraged to explore their own beliefs and ask thoughtful questions about life and meaning.
Religious Education is woven throughout our curriculum and brings our vision to life: “The child grew and became strong in body, mind and spirit.” It supports pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development, helping them to build a strong sense of identity and belonging. By learning about others, pupils develop respect, compassion, and understanding, preparing them to be confident, caring members of their community and the wider world.
